About David Green

I started my first business at 14, offering house and window cleaning to neighbours — a step up from newspaper delivery, which I quickly realised didn’t match risk with reward. That early venture taught me the value of outstanding service, customer respect, continuous improvement, and building a brand through reputation.

 

Since then, I’ve built over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across both multinational and SME environments, in Australia and internationally. I’ve consulted to SMEs and supported overseas startups launching into the Australian market.

 

My focus is to gain an initial deep understanding of the business, identify key improvement areas, and translate insights into actionable, strategic plans. My experience spans growth planning, market expansion, cashflow management, M&A, and full business turnarounds — often involving significant operational and cultural change.

 

What I enjoy most is partnering with businesses to deliver real results — and mentoring leadership teams to step confidently into the future. I also serve as Chair of a commercial real estate board and Secretary of a registered children’s charity I co-founded in 2021.
